Bio-Methatech provides for a rapid and simple patented process that meets the highest standards in quality and safety. LIPP uses only high-quality materials, and can with precision-like form quickly assemble a digester with the patented LIPP Double-Fold System® process.

The unique feature of the LIPP folded system is the spiral shape, which gives the tank its high level of stability and makes the entire construction resistant to horizontal pressure. The fold is completely watertight and has a smooth interior surface with no grooves or projections.

The interior walls and any components that come into contact with the corrosive substrate are made of stainless steel, one of the reasons why so many LIPP systems have been in operation for over 35 years.

    Verinox: the Innovation That Reduces Costs

    LIPP has developed the duplex material Verinox to make optimal use of the economic advantages of the LIPP Dual-Seam System. A stainless steel band and a galvanized steel band are joined with a connecting band. As a result, the cost is considerably reduced, without losing quality.

    The Assembly: the LIPP Double-Fold System®

    The fastest and easiest technique for the flexible construction of reliable containers and tanks at the customer’s location. The transportable automatic assembly devices are characteristic of the system and allow fast construction of tanks by steel bands with varying diameters and heights.
